Father McGinn Rd, Markham
This late 1970’s condo in the North York area had never been renovated and the client wanted an urban look to her home. Working within a budget, we removed all the kitchen walls and the solarium sliding doors to create an open concept living space. The kitchen had a dropped ceiling with fluorescent tube lighting which we replaced with pot lights alongside a modern pendant light above the kitchen island. The condo was covered with ceramic and laminate flooring that was replaced to vinyl with an added sound barrier. We removed the corner jacuzzi in the bathroom and installed a stand shower with a rain head fixture for added comfort.
Clients’ Testimonial:
Talah Rose Interiors was fabulous to work with from concept to final project. Mahnaz has a keen eye and an incomparable design sense. She is a true professional while at the same time she is able to put her clients at ease.
Mahnaz helped us renovate our entire home, from drawings to floor plans, finishes and styling. All while respecting our budget. She is able to manage contractors and tradespeople with finesse. Often going above and beyond her responsibilities. Mahnaz is incredibly talented at understanding what we needed and desired, at times even more so than we did.
It was an absolute pleasure working with Mahnaz. We can not recommend Talah Rose Interiors enough.
